Wembley Park is a growing neighborhood in London, long known for its sport and entertainment offerings. With the addition of new restaurants, stores, and apartments, Wembley Park wanted to raise its brand awareness and build its reputation as the best place to live in London.

Incubeta was tasked with deploying a cross-channel strategy with sequential messaging to educate prospective renters and increase rental enquiries 

We needed to align creative with the user journey, creating paid social and display ads that would help build brand awareness.

Leveraging their existing assets, we created Facebook Carousel and Instant Experience ads that highlighted the area’s event schedule and retail offering. We tailored the creative to Wembley Park’s target audience segment to ensure that the content was relevant and engaging within the context of the platform. The ads delivered on the awareness objectives of the campaign and we saw a lift in search term engagement as a result.

We made sure to tailor our targeting strategy across user journey and audience personas, developing a dynamic template, which could be used for future campaigns.
