Utilizing Facebook Promotions Driving ROAS for Life Style Sports
Since its founding in 1979, Life Style Sports has grown to become the largest sports retailer in Ireland, with 53 outlets in operation across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland . As a fully-formed e-commerce store for sporting goods, Life Style Sports wanted to run their Facebook promotions more effectively – improving their ROAS and increasing their purchase volume on the site (without a significant CPA increase).
Incubeta was tasked with driving brand awareness during the peak festive season, drive more customer to their site and increase overall sales.
We started by introducing Life Style Sports to ROI Hunter and from here we, alongside the Life Style Sports creative team, created a slick branded Facebook and Instagram lifestyle template.
We then implemented the strategy for brand awareness and conversion campaigns producing specific messaging – per product branding, sale, gender, themed offering etc.
From here the Life Style Sports team utilized a Black Friday template rotation – scheduled messages changing automatically with daily offers. We connected additional data sources (GA and Google Shopping) to take advantage of Product Insights and, reviewing daily performance, optimized budget dependent on customer behaviour.
We also created a Bestsellers PMP Use Case (GA transactions) alongside a Trending Use Case (Weekly Google Shopping Impressions) and New Arrivals (Product Page Impressions).
