We are thrilled to announce Jacques van Niekerk is taking the helm as Incubeta’s new Global CEO. Jacques’s appointment marks a significant moment in our journey, as we continue to expand our global impact and enhance our suite of data-driven services to meet the evolving needs of our clients worldwide.

Held annually on March 8th, International Women’s Day gains more momentum every year, as women around the world pause to reflect and make plans for change, as well as celebrate the achievement of women around the world.

This year, we sat down with some of the incredible ladies of Incubeta to get their thoughts and advice on being a woman in the digital industry today. 

Today we announce the appointment of Victoria Webb as the new managing director of our MENA region. Backed by over 18 years of experience in both traditional and digital media marketing, Victoria’s elevation to this leadership role is testament to her skill, dedication, and outstanding contributions to the agency since she joined (then NMPi) in 2017.

Incubeta continues to grow as we welcome a new Chief People Officer, Meg Phelps to the family. With a diverse background spanning multiple sectors including 10 Downing Street, Meg will drive operating model transformation and ensure our ‘people experience’ is fully aligned – bringing more opportunities for individual growth and global connection.

Watch out, there’s a fresh face in town, and we for one can’t wait to see what she does! Incubeta continues to grow as we welcome a new Global Director of Solutions, Maria-Anna Gurney to the family. With over 25 years of industry experience, Marie-Anna will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our digital marketing solutions, helping roll them out across the business globally.  

With 2022 coming to a close, we decided to take a moment to reflect on the last 12 months, highlighting some of our favorite moments, employee achievements and all that Incubeta has done in the last year.
