As one of the world’s largest entertainment brands, HBO, is both a content innovator and a technological leader, with a diverse audience anxious to consume its original programming. With the release of HBO NOW, the opportunity to engage their audience online became increasingly important.

Incubeta was tasked with improving efficiency and cutting time spent on account maintenance, while aligning their audience to titles and growing HBO NOW subscribers.

Strategy

We started by building an advanced dynamic setup in Google Studio, and then created audience personas and aligned titles to interests.

From here we visualized data and used reporting for real-time optimization. 

We provided HBO NOW with a more mature digital framework with all titles delivered via one dynamic creative platform.
