It is with great pleasure that we announce that our UK & US CEO, Luke Judge has been shortlisted for the Ad Tech Personality of the Year Award (Global). The award recognises an individual who has made a significant impact on, and shown a notable contribution to, the ad tech industry, and is open to anybody across the programmatic ecosystem who deserves to be recognised for their achievements. The growth and success of the industry requires input and collaboration from people with different skill sets, expertise, and backgrounds, and this award recognises and celebrates these talents.
Since starting his role as CEO, Luke has expanded Incubeta to an additional nine offices in eight markets, introduced a new measurement and data activation proposition to the market, and acquired and integrated US Creative specialists, Joystick. He was instrumental in negotiating Incubeta’s AMER Google Marketing Platform partnership which led to a global partnership.
Amid the coronavirus outbreak Luke was adamant he’d make no furloughs or redundancies and reviewed areas where there was less demand, refocusing teams to drive innovation. As a result Incubeta launched several new offerings and grew the company with over twenty new hires.
