Incubeta US Joins CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion

Incubeta US is proud to be a signatory of CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™, the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion within the workplace. John Cawdery, US CEO, joins more than 1,600 CEOs across industries, geographies, size, and scale that are taking this important step towards effecting positive change.

John, sharing his enthusiasm for the partnership, said: “I’m very excited to be signing up to an initiative that can help drive real change in our industry and beyond. I’m passionate about developing programs that further the conversation around diversity, equity, and inclusion within Incubeta, and I’m looking forward to working with and learning from our peers.”

By signing on to this commitment, Incubeta US is pledging to take action to cultivate a workplace where diverse perspectives and experiences are welcomed and respected and where employees feel encouraged to discuss diversity and inclusion. We will work towards these goals by implementing four key components of the CEO Action pledge:

  1. Continue to cultivate workplaces that support open dialogue on complex, and sometimes difficult, conversations about diversity and inclusion
  2. Implement and expand unconscious bias education
  3. Share best-known – and unsuccessful – actions
  4. Create and share strategic inclusion and diversity plans with our board of directors

The collective of signatories has already shared more than 1,200 best-known actions, exchanging tangible learning opportunities and creating collaborative conversations via the initiative’s unified hub. We’re excited to get the conversation started, encouraging all our US employees to join in on the dialogue and drive initiatives that are important to them as we grow.
