Incubeta Appoints Sarah Hampton as US Chief Operating Officer

Incubeta today announces the addition of Sarah Hampton as the new US Chief Operating Officer. In her new role, Hampton will work directly with Incubeta’s US CEO, Kevin Buerger, focusing on building brand awareness and scaling the US business. Together, they will look to develop a framework of new client growth to set up operational processes that scale with the Incubeta team.

Hampton joins Incubeta from Quantious, a New York-based marketing agency where she was a member of the executive leadership team, defining the company’s vision and go-to-market strategy, along with being a key contributor for agency financial reporting and budgeting. At Quantious, Hampton defined cross-functional processes for sales and delivery execution and  was the direct report for the media, strategy, technology and creative teams. In 2009 she joined R2integrated (R2i), a digital marketing agency that accelerates customer experiences for brands. Over the course of her 12 years at R2i and during a time where growth was outpacing operational efficiencies, Hampton created a framework for how work was done cross-functionally, assembled a leadership team focused on providing holistic customer solutions, and continued to build an operations model through two rounds of investments and two acquisitions. Prior to R2i, Hampton was a Director of Project Management at Western Union, acting as a liaison between developers and clients and facilitating the technical implementation in a way that made sense for the business.

Kevin Buerger, CEO of Incubeta US, shares, “We’re thrilled to have Sarah join us. With her in-depth knowledge of the industry, Sarah is perfectly placed to drive our expansion in the US. Her prior experience as a strategic leader in the technology and marketing space will prove vital as we look to create a future proof infrastructure that drives client performance and encourages the growth of our people.”

Hampton brings nearly 20 years of expertise in leading and guiding cross-functional teams. Her skill set lies in remaining agile, flexible, and inventive when faced with evolving and ambiguous business environments, while also ensuring accountability for meeting and exceeding targets, timelines and objectives. As the US Chief Operating Officer for Incubeta, she will be focused on identifying short-term and long-term needs to align with the overarching vision and strategies defined by Buerger and the global leadership team. Hampton plans to create a healthy environment where teams can flourish and continue providing superb work to their growing clientele.

“When searching for my new role, I was looking to work with a global agency with global reach, and found that Incubeta was the perfect match,” said Sarah Hampton, Incubeta’s US COO. “I look forward to being able to partner with Kevin to create more connective tissue between the Americas and other markets so that each can take advantage of our best-in-class solutions, and develop a framework of core processes that allow for cross-functional execution at every level.”
