Operational Country Head – Cape Town, ZA
Reports to: Operational Director
The Operational Country Head (Rest of World) role will form part of and head up the Global Operations Paid Media team, currently supporting South Africa, US, Swiss, Asia, LATAM and Middle East business. This role requires high expertise within the digital space including but not limited to paid search, paid social, programmatic & tech field as consultancy towards internal operations and commercial teams will have to be provided.
This role includes working closely with commercial, consultancy & ops teams to deliver operational excellence towards our global clients. The role may, on the occasion, require implementation, optimisation, QA, reporting and insights of campaigns across platforms. You will be responsible for the effective resource allocation of media managers to clients’ campaigns, ensuring that both the media manager’s skill set and career progression is considered along with effective alignment of client’s requirements. You will be required to consider succession planning by building a support structure within the team as well as the hiring of new resources to support new and existing pipelines.
Contribution towards new business proposals / RFPs is required, as well as supporting the onboarding of new clients across multiple markets within the Global Operations Team. Onboarding of new team members and mentoring of existing team members, facilitating where training is required. The focus is to ensure that you create the best working environment for your team, empowering them to develop their careers and finding opportunities for development. As you will be managing people, you will need to understand and support each team member in their professional development.

Team Lead – Digital Media Strategy – Cape Town, ZA
Reports to: Operational Director
The Team Lead of the Digital Media Strategy department will be responsible for ensuring the success of the digital media planning & buying for each of Incubeta’s media managed services clients. This is to be accomplished through the setup and management of a team of planners & buyers. The ultimate goal of this team is building the clients’ brands and generating leads for them in the most optimal ways across the most effective platforms/channels. This role will require omni-channel strategic skills with a mix of innovative, creative and tech-savvy approaches, as well as direct niche publisher relationships, to develop and oversee the implementation of robust digital media strategies and associated media plans whilst leading the Media Planning & Buying team within Incubeta.
In more simple words, the Digital Media Strategy Team Lead will be responsible for building and managing a team aimed at developing clients digital media strategies and associated media plans. There is also a need to present and report back on the performance of these digital media strategies and media plans to clients as well as internal Incubeta teams. They are also expected to contribute to any new business pitches or existing client Quarterly / Annual reviews as well as managing the Media Planning & Buying team’s career development and the department’s overall utilisation & profitability.
The Media Strategy Team Lead must have the ability to represent the department or company’s perspective to internal and external stakeholders as well as provide subject matter expertise on Digital media planning strategy and media negotiations strategy.
We’re looking for an Organised and detail oriented individual who has a minimum of 7+ years experience within Media or Digital agencies.

Senior Paid Manager (Search) – Cape Town, ZA
(2 Positions Available)
The main role of the Paid Media Manager is to implement and optimize search advertising campaigns across various platforms. They are responsible for campaign optimization, analysis and reporting and also act as a technical contact between account managers, clients and creative agencies. Paid Media Managers must therefore be able to communicate effectively and manage internal and external client expectations.
Essential requirements include:
- Experience in running, implementing & managing Google Ads campaigns (Yahoo, Bing Search campaigns advantageous)
- Experience in implementing & managing Re-marketing & Shopping campaigns is advantageous
- Experience with setup and testing of tracking requirements of online campaigns
- Knowledge of PPC Search best practises and optimization techniques
We are looking for an internet savvy individual with sound knowledge of the digital advertising industry to fill this position.
