Introducing the Incubeta Influencer Initiative

The last 12 months have seen exceptional growth for Incubeta, and with the acquisitions of Groundswell, Maze-One, Panalysis and Extendo, as well as a worldwide recruitment drive, we’re proud to have over 650 staff across our 21 offices. And with so many new faces in the Incubeta family we wanted to do something different, and unite our people together. So we created The Incubeta Influencer Initiative. A worldwide initiative that connects our offices around the globe and encourages inter-regional relationships.

What is the Incubeta Influencer Initiative?

After a global application process we’ve selected five of our staff to travel across the globe, carrying the Incubeta Icon to each of our offices: meeting as many of our amazing employees as possible, touring the Incubeta offices and  exploring the diverse and vibrant cities that our staff call home. Each of our influencers have been assigned one region which they will tour, before passing the Incubeta Icon off to the next influencer.

Launch

We were thrilled to launch the Influencer Initiative in our London office on Friday April 1st. With a (virtual) guest appearance from our Global CEO Lars Lehne the Incubeta Icon was presented to our first Influencer Gav. Over 50 staff members attended in person with hundreds live-streaming the digital presentation to hear all about the exciting plans and to wish Gav every success on his  journey.

London

The first leg of Gav’s journey was London. Fortunately, as this is Gav’s home location, he is very familiar with the office and the team. Gav was able to visit some of London’s most iconic landmarks including Big Ben, the London Eye and Shakespeare’s Globe Theater, before spending time in the London office with the teams.

Manchester

The next part of the journey for Gav, and the Incubeta Icon, was Manchester. Only a few hours away from London by train, Gav was given a tour of the office and the city by his local buddy Scarlett. During his time in Manchester, Gav took notice of the ‘Manchester Bee’ which has been an emblem of the city for over 150 years, representing the city being a ‘hive of activity’ as well as the hard work ethic of the Mancunian that live there.

Belfast

The final stage of Gav’s journey was visiting our office in Belfast, just a short plane journey away. Our Belfast team joined the company last year through Incubeta’s acquisition of Groundswell. This team has been an invaluable addition to Incubeta, specializing in ecommerce consultancy, conversion optimization, and analytics. Welcomed by the Belfast team, Gav was shown around the city by his Belfast buddy Shannon – particularly enjoying the tour of the cathedral quarter and seeing the local sights.

Gav’s thoughts…

‘Overall my time as an Incubeta Influencer has been amazing. Getting to visit the offices and explore the cities has been great, but the highlight has really been getting to meet the teams. We have some wonderful people working for this business and I look forward to working with them again in the future.’
