TEIM Ventures

TEIM Ventures is a South African based venture capital company that was founded by Giles Douglas (CEO of incuBeta), Nicolas Schwartz and Andrew Forssman. In addition to its shareholding in incuBeta, TEIM Ventures also holds controlling stakes in:

Saicom Group

Saicom is South Africa's leading GSM Payphone operator, which operates almost 20,000 GSM payphones in South Africa, Mozambique and Malawi - working closely with the cellular networks Vodacom in South Africa, mCel in Mozambique and TNM in Malawi.

KYA Towers

KYA Towers is a property development and construction company focused on up-market residential and commercial property development.

Moviworld

Moviworld is a film and TV production company, founded in 2003.  The company co-produced the Oscar An winning film Tsotsi (www.tsotsi.com), and is currently working on a number of exciting new projects.


Southern Cross Capital

Southern Cross Capital manages the private equity interests of the Oppenheimer family, whose other interests in South Africa include investments in Fuel Logistics Group, Net 1 UEPS Technologies, Circle Capital, Saicom Group, and funding provided to Tiso Industries to facilitate the black economic empowerment shareholding in Idwala Investment Holdings.
